We may assign our rights and duties under these Terms, without notice to you. You may not assign these Terms, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent, and any assignment in contravention of the foregoing, shall be null and void.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with any other policies or notices referenced herein or made available on the Site (including the Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between Skegen and you, with respect to your access to and use of the Site and its contents.
